Industrija obuce Beograd under hammer

(Illustration) The Agency for privatization announced the public call for sale of capital at Industrija obuca Beograd AD from Belgrade. As communicated, sale will be carried out through the method of public bids collection and the subject of sale makes 70% of social capital which is 68,509315% of total capital of privatization subject.

The Government of the Republic of Serbia at the meeting August 6, 2015 made Decision on change of the Conclusion on basic debt write off which state trustees owe to Industrija obuce Beograd to write off debts on December 31 of the last if the subject of privatization is sold in privatization.

The initial capital under hammer totals EUR 264.060,68.

Interested entities can apply until November 24, 2015 latest until 15. Opening of bids is scheduled for November 6, 2015 at 11.
