Romanians bought "Fampharm"

Kruševac-based company "Fampharm", which was sold on the auction in mid-2006 to the consortium of physical persons for 136m RSD, obtained new majority owners.

Investment group "Tender" from Timisoara, which owns 34 companies and enterprises all around the world, took over ownership rights over Drug factory "Fampharm". This group also bought Kruševac's hotel "Fam" about month ago.

President of Investment group "Tender" for Serbia, Ionel Tanasu, said that he would invest large money in the factory, open new lines, and everything produced in that factory may be exported to Romania.
