Kraljevo-based Autotransport under hammer

The Agency for privatization announced sale of Kraljevo-based Autotransport.

Shares package the Agency offers for sale makes 86,63% of total company capital.
At the meeting held August 6, 2015, the Government of Serbia made Conclusion which defines that governmental trustees are obliged to write off debt to Autotransport on the day December 31 of the last business year if capital of the Subject of privatization is sold.

The initial price for package of shares under hammer totals EUR 1.472.233,42 and deposit totals EUR 294.446,68. Fee for purchase of sale documentation is RSD 150.000.

Deadline for application is November 23 at 15 and public bids opening is scheduled for November 25 at noon.
