Bulgarian company "Bulcvet" - new owner of "Nevena" from Leskovac

Leskovac-based Nevena has been sold on the auction to Bulgarian company "Bulcvet" for 181m RSD. Representative of Bulgarian company has not given details about investments, but representatives of "Nevena" said that that Bulgarian buyer had been interested earlier in the operations of the company from Leskovac.
According to their words, "Bulcvet" has already participated in privatization in Serbia and became owner of "Vulkan" from Niš and Paper factory FOP from Vladičin Han. "Nevena" was also interesting to Bulgarian "Rubela", company "Bora bonis" from Belgrade and private owner Zlatko Kadić from Bačka Palanka.
