Lots in Dobanovci for sale - Real estate value totals EUR 16 m

HETA Asset Resolution AG, as an executive trustee, announced sale of real estate of executive debtor, Dogland Belgrade. Total area of offered lots which were registered at the real state registry of Dobanovci municipality totals 70 ha 55 a 18 m2.

Initial price at the first auction will total RSD 1.142.939.160 which is 60% of total estimated real estate value of RSD 1.904.898.600.

The first auction will be held October 29 at 9.45 at the Trade court in Belgrade, Masarikova street, number 2, hall 100/I.
