Calix plans to build new business and commercial complex in Sremcica

Belgrade-based Calix plans to build a business and commercial facility in Beogradska Street in Sremcica.

Parceling is done, location permit obtained and preliminary designs completed, and now we have come to the part where we need to define the terms of rental or sale of the facility, Ranko Kajganic, the owner of Calix, says to eKapija.

- Construction of the facility will start the moment we have agreements signed for 80% of the space because commencing the work without knowing the form of financing would be a risk.

According to our interlocutor, all surfaces are leasable.

According to the Comprehensive Plan for the Sremcica neighborhood, the cadastral lot where this facility is supposed to be built is in the zone B - commercial activities (subzone B1) in block 186. Preliminary designs define a multifunctional separate business complex with a commercial purpose, featuring a shopping mall on the ground floor.

Investment in the new facility is valued at approximately EUR 3 million.
