"Erste bank" opened centers for mortgage loans

Manager of the Retailing Sector in Erste Bank, Goran Kostić, said that that bank had opened centers for mortgage loans in Novi Sad and Belgrade, of which aim is to improve cooperation with business partners.

- The aim of these centers is to provide quality and complete information to the physical persons, as well as to increase efficiency in processing of complex applications for loan - Kostić pointed out.

He also said that Erste Bank had approved 426 mortgage loans in period from January 1st to August 31st, and he expressed hope that that new method of operations would double that number by the end of the year.

- The innovation introduced by Erste Bank is that clients can get the offer from the investor, agencies and everybody else who deal with trade in real estates, which gives additional security to the clients - said the Manager of the Center for Mortgage Loans, Todor Dušanić.

He said that the centers for mortgage loans provide "personal banker" to the client, as well as quick and efficient service, promotion of sale of real estates under construction from the segment of project finance, with the possibility of grace period for repayment of loan, that is, repayment of the loan can start from the day the client moves into the building where he or she bought the apartment under construction.
