Terms for sale of department at Prva petoletka in Novi Pazar changed

The Agency for Privatization released the third sale of 70% of state-owned capital at Prva petoletka – Delovi in Novi Pazar so that unlike in the first call, the company will be available for sale to people or companies operating in metal and processing industry. In the previous two attempts of privatization, it was essential condition for all the interested buyers but the Agency decided to change the call and to offer the production department of Trstenik-based Prva petoletka to those who do not operate in the same activity as the company as well.

Apart from that, deadline for purchase of documentation was extended in the third call until October 22, 2015 while opening of bids instead of October 21 will be held a week later.

The third call for privatization of Prva petoletka – Delovi was released September 17, and the initial price the Agency specified totals EUR 292.168 which is seven times less that in the first call for the company sale.
