Greeks took over "Šumadijalek" - "Alapis" obliged to invest over 1m EUR

- Company for trade in drugs and other goods "Šumadijalek" from Čačak has been sold to Greek company "Alapis" from Athens for 2m EUR - Privatization Agency announced.

Company "Alapis" is the legal heir of the first-ranked bidder - company "Veterin".

Contract on sale, which was signed on Monday in the premises of the Agency, implies that, in addition to the price for 70% of assets of "Šumadijelek", the buyer must invest 1,006,000 EUR in the company. Also, the buyer must fulfill all obligations from the mandatory and additional social program.

Tender for "Šumadijalek" was announced on February 26, 2007.

Bids for procurement were delivered by "Alapis", company "Habit Farm" from Ivanjica and "Nelt Co" from Belgrade.
