Auction sale of two companies from structure of EI "Niš" on October 25

Privatization Agency scheduled the auction for sale of two companies of Niš-based Electronic Industry for October 25.

Total of 91% of assets of company for restricted and TV electronics "7. oktobar", of which value was estimated to 423,000 EUR will be offered for sale on the auction. Starting price will be 8m RSD. Future buyer will have to invest at least 194,000 RSD in that company that employs 48 workers.

Estimated value of company "Industrijska elektronika", which produces electronic components, amounts to 136,300 EUR, while the starting auction price will be 2,608,000 RSD, with the condition that the minimal investment must be no less than 145,000 RSD. This company employs 24 workers.
