Factory for potato processing and canning from Čačak on auction on October 25

Privatization Agency has scheduled auction for sale of 30% of assets of PIK "Čačak", the factory for potato processing and canning that operates within "SLAP Group, for October 25.

Value of assets that will be privatized is estimated to 142,158,000 RSD, and starting auction price will be 28.4m RSD. Future buyer is obliged to invest at least 27.8m RSD in this company.

The factory has three production halls for chips, mashed potato and snack products, storage space and warehouse. It registered loss of 29.7m RSD at the end of the last year.
