After months-long overhaul, Azotara back in operation as of this weekend

After a months-long overhaul during which the production was brought to a halt, HIP Azotara will be put back into operation this weekend. The plan is to commission the entire factory by the end of October.
- The fertilizer factory will be gradually put back in operation - starting October 10 or 11, and we expect all machines to be commissioned by October 25 - said Miljan Djurovic, the deputy general manager of HIP Azotara.

Djurovic points out that significant investments were made in the factory during the overhaul, primarily in environmental protection.

Azotara is in the possession of state-owned Srbijagas, but it also enjoys a special treatment from the Government which is trying to find a strategic partner for Azotara.

Miljan Djurovic says they're only negotiating with serious potential partners.
