French interested in airport and metro in Belgrade - Late 2015 to see the plan for the first three metro lines

(Illustration) The mayor of Belgrade, Sinisa Mali, has received in today’s discussion with the ambassador of France, Kristin Moro, confirmation that French companies are inetersted in investing in Belgrade, first of all for concession of the Nikola Tesla airport and for metro construction, the city administration reported.

Mali outlined that by the end of this and in early next year, smart-plan will be developed which will define real needs and the design of the future first three lines of metro.

He presented to the ambassador of France big PPP projects which Belgrade is planning to implement in the next period.

French company Dalkia is inetersted in participating in PPP project in water and supply system while Suez Environment and Veolia have already expressed interest in the Vinca waste management project, it was stated in the announcement.

Mali opening of a few industrial zones more in Belgrade and new Law on investments which will enable city authorities as ell to provide incentives to investors.
