Cutting tools factory in Cacak put up for sale again

The Privatization Agency has issued an Invitation to Tender for the privatization of Cacak-based joint-stock company Fabrika reznog alata (Cutting Tools Factory) by public tender at a public auction.

Offered for sale is a stake of 57.64913% in the subject of privatization.

The deadline to apply is 3 PM on October 29, while bids will be opened at 10 AM on October 30th.

According to a report by an authorized appraiser, the total value of assets offered for sale is estimated at EUR 2,332,301.35.

Starting price is set to equal a third of the estimated value of assets offered for sale - EUR 777,433.78.
