Iraqis to build mash production plant - Jobs for 200 citizens of Leskovac
Al-Rafideen is going to build a mash production and potato processing plant in Leskovac's Green Zone, where nearly 200 citizens of Leskovac will get a job, it was announced at today's session of the Leskovac City Council. This company was established by a group of Iraqis in June 2014.
Aldermen adopted a feasibility study on the alienation of state-owned building land that will be allocated to Iraqis.
According to Bojan Tojaga, the director of ALER, Iraqis are interested in building a logistics center on a surface area of 5 to 10 ares in the first phase as well as a cold storage plant and a packaging center.
The second phase will see the construction of two factories that will employ about 200 people as well as seasonal workers.
