The cheapest square meter in Belgrade on water totals EUR 2.500

The price of the cheapest square meter of residential spare in Belgrade on water will total EUR 2.500 while square meter of flat with a view over the river will cost EUR 3.000, Blic reports.

Apart from that, Belgrade on water will get a new hotel from the St. Regis chain within the highest tower of the settlement which will at the same time be the highest building in Serbia, the newspaper reports and finds out that within the tower, apart from hotels and flats, there will be a lookout over the entire city.

The head of Eagle Hills, Mohamed Alabar, in his interview for B92 said he is an optimist and that there are all terms that Belgrade on water project is successful.

Alabar said projects such as Belgrade on water are the biggest economy drivers, not only in construction industry but they are also drivers for SMEs development. He said Belgrade on water is a huge potential for tourism development.
