Jagodina City Chairperson Dragan Markovic - Palma has opened the furniture factory A dizajn in this city.

This factory, which is going to employ 20 workers, is part of Akt grupacija owned by Dragan Tasic. The factory that will be producing custom-made furniture is built with capital earned abroad.

- Family firms are very important for development and employment, especially those engaged in production - said Markovic.

There is no economic progress without production, Markovic assessed and invited people from Serbia working abroad to open factories in Serbia and Jagodina.

Serbia is stable, both politically and economically, and in addition to security, certain subsidies and benefits are offered to investors for hiring people, Markovic stressed.
