Three new investments in Zrenjanin - MV Invest, Metalurg Popov and Agrounija rented land

The City Council of Zrenjanin, at yesterday's meeting adopted the Proposal of the Decision on renting of non-built construction land, the city website published.With this proposal, seven registered lots was provided for the benefit of investors from Zrenjanin-four for private entities for residential buildings and three for legal entities for production capacities construction.

MV Invest and Metalurg Popov, from Zrenjanin, bought land at the "Bagljas - airport" location and Agrounija doo, also from Zrenjanin, at "Jugoistok – I". Contracts with these investors will be signed within 30 days.
