The initial complex price in Knjazevac is RSD 167.347.607 and deposit totals 74.376.714. The complex comprises new and old administration building, workshop, restaurant, drying place, boiler room, warehouse, etc.

Deposit can be paid until October 19 and public auction will be held October 26 at 11.
