Novi Sad-based Dnevnik under hammer again

The Agency for privatization has again released a call to participate in privatization of newspapers-publishing company Dnevnik from Novi Sad through sale of capital of the subject of privatization through public collection of bids through public auction.

The shares package which the Agency offers for sale is 98,98004% of total company capital

The initial share package under hammer totals EUR 2.465.670,87.

Deposit totals EUR 739.701,26 and fee for purchase of sale documentation is RSD 100.000.

Deadline for application is October 26 until 15h while bids opening was planned for October 28 at 10 at the offices of the Agency for privatization.
