Two bids for privatization councilor for "Jat Airways"

Privatization Agency announced yesterday that two consortiums, each consisting of five companies, led by "BNP Paribas" and "Rothschild", had applied for the open competition for privatization advisor for "Jat Airways".

- Commission for Public Procurements declared both offers technically regular and qualified - the Agency announced after the opening of the financial bids. The consortium led by "BNP Paribas" encompasses companies "Innova Aviation Consulting", "Gide Loyrette Nouel", "BDO BC Excel" and "Tekon Tehnokonsalting".

The second, common bid was given by companies "Rothschild", "Clyde&Co", "Citadel Financial Advisory", "Aviation economics" and "Dekonta". According to the announcement, Commission for Public Procurements will prepare the report about conducted open competition procedure, and the Government will select the best offer. After the final decision of the Government, the bidders will be informed in the way stipulated by the Law on public procurements.
