Property of Niksic-based Nika under hammer

Trustee in bankruptcy of Niksic-based dairy, Nika, has released today a call for sale of company property at total initial price of EUR 4,14 m which includes real estate, equipment and cars.

Sale will be carried out at the request of the owner, Aleksandar Bozovic, since the Board of trustees in early August did not accept reorganization plan which is why bankruptcy was communicated.

Sale will be carried out through public auction through collection of written proposals, Cdm portal reports.

The interested can deliver offers to Trade court by October 21 at 14h and their opening will be October 2. Bidders should pay a deposit for participation at public auction totaling five percent of starting price for real estate they bid for.

Criteria for bid selection is solely the biggest price offered and decision on accepting the most favorable bidder will be made by trustee in bankruptcy seven days after public bids opening latest.
