Duvanska industrija Bujanovac under hammer again

The Agency for Privatization has this time as well released again adverstimsnet to participate at the auction for sale of capital portion at Bujanovac-based AD Duvanska industrija.

It was stated in the advertisement that 57,9% of company capital i.e.19.656 shares, owned by the Shareholder Fund a.d. Beograd and the Pension and retirement fund. Total estimated capital value is EUR 2.063.647, according to authorized estimator’s report.

Deposit totals EUR 206.364,70 and the price of purchase of sales documentation is RSD 150.000.

Deadline for applications is October 21, 2015, at 15h and opening of bids will be held October 23 at 11 h.
