Budimka in privatization again

The Agency for Privatization has today released again the advertisement to participate in the privatization process of Pozega-based Budimka through public bidding at public auction.

It was stated in the advertisement that 56,2% company capital whose value according to authorized estimator’s report totals EUR 1.235.491,99.

The initial price is EUR 411.830,66. Deposit totals EUR 123.549,19 and sales documentation can be purchased for RSD 150.000.

Deadline for applications is October 19, at 15h and opening of bids will be held October 21 at 13 h at the Agency for Privatization in Belgrade.
