- The Government made conclusion that in the case of successful privatization, it will write off all the debts to the state totaling EUR 18 m, and it is important that a buyer as well takes over commitments such as maintenance of production in the next two years, keeping the staff – Lukovic outlines, adding that former Cacak-based giant must resolve debts of some EUR 12 m.
