Majority stake at Agrobacka under hammer

The Agency for Privatization has released advertisement for the sale of capital at Bac-based Agrobacka in the process of bids collection through public auction.

The subject of sale comprises package of shares of 74,48% of total capital which contains shares owned by the Agency for Privatization and the Shareholder Fund AD Beograd.

According to the report of the authorized estimator, total estimated capital value at Agrobacka, the subject of sale, is EUR 1.403.847,11.

The initial share package price is 50% of estimated capital value which the subject to the sale, i.e. EUR 701.923,55 EUR and deposit totals EUR 140.384,71.

Deadline for applications is October 12, at 15h and the official opening is announced for October 14 at 12h at the offices of the Agency for Privatization.
