Trustee in bankruptcy of Montavar Metalac from Niksic released an advert for sale of company property through public bids collection at the price of EUR 9,83 m.

Real estate under hammer are estimated at EUR 5,82 m and movables at EUR 4 m, Cdm portal reports.

Real estate comprises land, 11 lots on 36.000 m2, totaling EUR 1,98 m.

Facilities for EUR 3,81 m comprising halls for mechanical processing and locksmith’s workshop, a new hall, an administration building, a reception, gas and compressor station and a boiler room are under hammer.

Real estate comprise roads within production complex for EUR 20.000 and a fence around the complex for EUR 15.000.
