"Vindija" not to take over IMB Dairy from Bitola yet - final takeover stopped after information that dairy is worth more

Varaždin-based food industry "Vindija" has been negotiating about takeover of IMB Dairy from Bitola for two months, but the final takeover has been stopped after the information that that dairy is worth much more.

According to the sources from Macedonia, the takeover has already been agreed on, but realization was disturbed by "leaking" of information from inside, due to which the price of stock of Macedonian Dairy rose much above the agreed price.

Stocks of IMB Dairy are in poor demand on Macedonian Stock Exchange, but after "Vindija" showed interest in it, 20 stocks were sold in one day at price of 500 EUR. Nominal value is 5 EUR.
