"Delta holding" to have largest trade center in the Balkans built on Belgrade's Autokomanda - investment worth 300m EUR

- At the end of spring 2008, company "Delta holding" will start construction of new trade center in Belgrade, on 320,000 square meters, and it will invest about 300m EUR in it - said the Manager of "Delta invest", Dragan Buđevac.

- The complex will be built on Belgrade's Autokomanda. It will consist of a trade center (220,000 square meters) and two twin towers (100,000 square meters) - said Buđevac. - It will take 2 - 2.5 years to complete construction of the first and the largest floor of the trade center, while the construction of twin towers will not commence before year 2010.

Buđevac pointed out that it would be the largest trade center in the Balkans. "Delta holding" will open the first trade center "Delta City" in Belgrade on November 1st. Construction of the second trade center started in Podgorica, and construction of another two facilities in the capital of Serbia is in the pipeline.
