"Iberostar" and "Belvi hotels Group" plan to take over another 10 hotels in Montenegro - investment of about 100m EUR

- Spanish-German corporation "Iberostar" and its Budva-based partner "Belvi hotels Group" plan to take over another 10 hotels in Montenegro within next year, and the amount of investments would exceed 100m EUR - said one of the managers of company "Iberostar".
He said that, in case of realization of plans about construction and takeover of hotels in Montenegro, the investments of company "Iberostar" would exceed 100m EUR, which would become the largest foreign investment.
One of the managers also said that the experts of those two companies had visited the most attractive locations on the coast and in the north of Montenegro in August in order to check possibility of development of elite hotel management business.
According to his words, the plan is that these companies, in addition to the hotel in Bečići, "collect" another ten hotels, which would make them the largest hotel management concern at the Adriatic Sea.
This person also said that the company was very eager to invest in Ulcinj.
Expansion of business to the north of Montenegro is in the pipeline, and one of the most interesting locations is Bjelasica mountain, that is, the part that belongs to Town Hall of Bijelo Polje, for construction of winter center.
