Austrian "Soravia" lost location for hotel "Hilton" on Ohrid Lake - new tender next week

Government of Macedonia is preparing tender for sale of new locations in Ohrid, among which is the location next to hotel "Inex Gorica" where Austrian company "Soravia" was supposed to have hotel "Hilton" built.

Austrian company was supposed to pay 908,000 EUR for that land and to invest 25m EUR in construction of luxurious hotel.

As Government of Macedonia announced, "Soravia invest" was late with the payment, and new tender for sale of location next to "Inex Gorica" hotel, on the coast of Ohrid Lake, should be announced next week.
