By 2020, 1200 employees in Ruma will produce pasta - Nepal-based investors pours EUR 13 m

Municipal council of Ruma adopted the Draft of the elaborate onjustification of alienation of constriction land fee-free in the Rumska petljaindustrial zone for In Connect d. o. o. Nova Pazova, which is a legal representativeof Nepal-based company Cinnovation Group.

Thus, all pre-requisites for Nepal investor to start constructionof production departments have been created.

Nepal company will build its production departments at block 4 atRumska petlja on 18,5 ha. Mentioned 9,5 ha were acquired by the investor forRSD 51 m. Price for additional two hectares which the investor wants to buytotals RSD 540 per square meter. Based on the elaborate, Nepal investor hasbeen provided with seven hectares of land.

– These seven hectares total EUR 313.303 and the elaborate showedthe funds will pay back very soon to local self-governance i.e. that Ruma municipalitywill, from 2016 to 2010, generate profit of EUR 676.000 from the investment.Nepali investor initially planned to hire 407 people but now, when the termshave been made for higher production scope in Ruma, 1200 people could find jobhere in the near future – Mancic said.

The investor is obliged to invest EUR 8,5 m this and next year andbu the end of 2019 the investment should total a bit more than EUR 13 m.
