Tenders for works in Belgrade totaling RSD 925, 7 m

At the Directorate for construction land and construction of Belgrade, more than 40 tenders for construction works have been in progress whose estimated value is RSD 925, 7 m. The city manager, Goran Vesic, said that the City of Belgrade is inviting all design, geodesy and contracting companies to apply to tenders, start their capacities and get the job within the activity they are registered for.

- The major number of jobs was offered to geodesy organizations which in 14 tenders can get jobs totaling RSD 11 m where geodesy and geological basis are necessary for different urban plans whose development is funded by the Directorate– the city manager said, Beoinfo reports.

As he says, detailed regulation plans for which supplementary documents are necessary comprise trading zone at the Pancevo road, commercial and trading zone at Bubanj potok, roads for sanitary landfill Vinca and others.

Vesic outlined that for design and technical audit of projects, the Directorate is at the moment planning RSD 45 m and contracts will be signed for development or projects Kumozdraz rain collector, traffic connection “Borska - petlja Lasta", Dunavske street from Francuska to terminus of public transport as well as collector from Miljakovac to Rakovicki put, sewerage system in Rade Konacar street in Zemun.

He added tenders have been released during September and the Directorates planning further public calls in the upcoming months.

Vesic added the city of Belgrade started investments from zero which have been at the same level for years and that profits from collection of fee increased thus enabling higher investments, it was stated in the announcement.
