Business complex Merkur celik in Dobanovci under hammer - Initial price of EUR 2,1 m

Raiffeisen bank has announced today sale of business complex Merkur celik in Dobanovci.

The complex is located in the industrial zone near the Highway/Dobanovacka petlja at the territory of the Surcin municipality. It comprises two halls on 6.600 and 5.000 m2, as well as land split in three lots on 12 ha.

The initial complex price is app. RSD 252,7 m (EUR 2,1 m), which is half the initial price which was valid at the first public auction during July this year.
