Atlantic Grupa introduces new distribution system

Atlantic Grupa has defined the internationalization of operations, primarily with the aim of entering the markets of western and northern Europe and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), as one of the primary strategic goals of further development.

In order for the organizational structure of the business to fit the goals set as adequately as possible, the company has conducted a strategic reorganization of the overall distribution operations that represent an important lever of growth and development, both in the region and in other markets, the company said in a release.

Therefore, early September will see distribution operations on the level of the Group organized into two main zones - Zone East and Zone West.

Zone East includes southeast Europe, Baltic region and CIS, whereas Zone West covers central and southwest Europe, Nordic countries and all markets overseas.

Srecko Nakic is named the vice president for Zone East, and all managers responsible for operations within this zone will report to him.

The vice president for Zone West is Bojan Klaric, who will be superior to all managers in charge of operations within this zone.
