Greeks first-ranked for "Industry of Chemical Products Prahovo" - 3.95m EUR

- At the meeting of the tender commission, Greek "Neochimiki L.V. Lavrentiadis" was declared yesterday (August 20, 2007) the first-ranked bidder on the tendeer for holding "Industry of Chemical Products Prahovo" - Privatization Agency announced.

Greeks offered 3.95m EUR, investment program worth 20m EUR, as well as fulfillment of minimal obligations from the Social Program.

After announcement of the tender list, Privatization Agency started negotiations with Greek bidder for signing of the sales contract.

Second-ranked bidder for procurement of holding in Prahovo is "Univerzal - trgovina, proizvodnja i marketing".
