Only bid for Bozo Tomic Paper Mill in Cacak submitted by Belgrade-based Umka

The opening of written bids for Cacak-based bankrupt debtor Bozo Tomic Paper Mill in bankruptcy took place yesterday, it was announced on the website of the Privatization Agency.

According to a tender issued 14 July 2015, the estimated value of the assets of this company is RSD 588,159,558. The only bidder - Belgrade-based Umka cardboard plant, has offered to pay a purchase price of RSD 102,000,000.

Since the only bid for Cacak-based bankrupt debtor is below 50% of its estimated value, the bankruptcy manager will have to ask the Board of Creditors to make a final decision.
