New investment fund in Serbia - "Focus premium"

Securities Commission issued work permit to the fourth investment fund in Serbia "Focus premium", which will announce invitation to all interested investors today (August 18, 2007) to buy investment units.

"The price of investment unit will be 1,000 RSD, and the sale at that price will last from August 20 to 29", said the Manager of "Focus invest" (www.focusinvest.biz), the company for investment fund management, Aleksej Misailović.

The founders of the fund are domestic and foreign companies, among which are"Poteza skupina" from Ljubljana (33%), Focus Capital Partners Belgrade (33%) and "Victoria Group" from Belgrade.

Members of Administrative Board are Matej Golob Matzele (President), Dejan Tufegdžić and Goran Milošević. Custody bank is Raiffeisen bank AD Belgrade.
