Nitex sells textile plant in Medvedja at starting price of RSD 71.3 million

The Privatization Agency has put the assets of Nis-based Nitex Textile Plant in bankruptcy up for sale. The subject of sale is the textile plant in Medvedja, made up of an industrial facility of 2,683 square meters, 3.9 hectares of building land, equipment and stocks of textile products and semi-finished products. Starting price is RSD 71,294,840.

Also for sale are paintings owned by the bankruptcy debtor at a starting price of RSD 3,043,683 as well as Prelja statues by Anton Avgustincic at a starting price of RSD 956,005 and a statue by Aleksandar Sakic at the same starting price.

The deadline to submit bids is 11 AM on September 23rd.
