Bypass around Ovčar spa to cost €8m

Planning and construction of bypass section on main road M-5 near Ovčar spa would cost €8m, the Directorate for Roads of Serbia announced. As it is written in the Decision, that project will be financed with €7.2m from the credit of Europan Investment Bank, whereas remaining €800,000 will be provided by Directorate for Roads.

The plan is that the tunnel 430 m long be built on the bypass near Ovčar spa, as well as bridge 180 m long across Western Morava and the road section 914 meters long. The money will be used in accordance with the dynamics of works planned by the Directorate for Roads of Serbia. It is planned that €5.04m be invested from the credit and €560,000 from their own means.
