"Surovina" Maribor bought farm for collecting and processing of semi-finished products "Sirovina" Bačka Palanka

Vojo Svitlica, director of Stock Company «Sirovina» in Bačka Palanka, announced that the sale of that company to Maribor-based «Surovina» had been realized after 2 years of negotiations through the public offer. The Slovenians have purchased 61.7% of Palanka-based company from the minor stockholders. This company has been dealing with collecting, processing and sale of semi-finished products for decades. «Surovina» guarantees that it will continue its primary activity and that it will take that company to the highest level in Serbia.

Slovenian company exists for more than half a century. Its annual income amounts to €35m.
