Nomura International - privatization advisor for Komercijalna banka

Privatization advisor for Komercijalna banka will be Nomura International, Tanjug finds out.

For privatization advisor of the biggest bank mainly domestically owned, 22 companies applied but after the check of terms fulfillment, the number went down to nine.

The last round comprised a total of five companies where Normura headquartered in Great Britain was selected.

According to the contract the biggest shareholders announced, privatization of Komercijalna banka should end by 2017.

The biggest shareholders of Komercijalna banka are the Republic of Serbia with a stake of 41,7%, EBRD London with 24,4% and IFC Global Capitalization Fund with 10%.
