The biggest real estate company to be set up

Global investment company, Texas Pacific Group acquired majority stake in Hungarian company TriGranit and it is planning to, through additional investment, create the biggest real estate company in the region.

As the owner of TriGranit, Sandor Demjan, announced , transaction will not affect Budapest West End City Centre and other projects of this Hungarian company. The remaining part of the company will continue its operations under the name Granit Management.

Details on signed work have not been published but it was estimated that the transaction totals more than EUR 500 m. The entire operation will end in October.

Portfolio of the company, TriGranit, comprises their projects in Poland, Slovakia, Hungary and Croatia.
