Owner of "Genel" to buy agricultural company "Sloga" Kać - for €10m

Agricultural company “Sloga” from Kać has been bought for about €10m by a businessman from Novi Sad Slobodan Šćekić, also known as the owner of “Genel”, as well as former renter of Zrenjanin-based “Centrobanat”. Privatization Agency deprived him of the right to management of “Centrobanat” because he did not fulfill obligations from the contract.

“Sloga” owns 10 ha of building and 970 ha of agricultural land. There were 12 interested buyers on the auction who raised the price from the starting 123.7 million CSD to final 720 million CSD.
