Swiss new owner of Ivanjica-based Park and City hotels?

The Park and the City hotels as well as Vodopad and Lipa restaurants could soon get a new owner and after six month to start operating again. As Glas zapadne Srbije unofficially finds out, renter is our citizen living in Switzerland. The Dubrava restaurant was not the subject of the agreement.

Nova Agrobanka announced that after procedure for selection of renter for mentioned facilities in Ivanjica, in cooperation with the Deposit Insurance Agency and support of the current local self-governance, the renter for four facilities was selected. The proposal was confirmed by the Trade court in Belgrade with the Decision on signing the rent contract. The announcement does not contain specific name of the renter and rent is approved on a three-year basis. Contract signing and transfer are expected in the next ten days, it was written in the announcement which was signed by the trustee in bankruptcy, Gordana Dinic.
