German Draxlmaier in Zrenjanin gets cable cutting department

In Zrenjanin-based Draxlmaier which employs more than 3.300 employees, today, cable cutting department where more than 100 people currently works has been put into operations.

These employees have previously undergone trainings lasting for more months in the company departments in Romania and Moldova as well as trainings in Zrenjanin.

German Draxlmaier group has been operating in Zrenjanin since 2008 and is one of the biggest employers and exporters in the region and electrical installations for big world car producers are assembled in that plant.

GM at Draxlmaier in Zrenjanin, Andreas Weber says that thanks to that department he sent message they have long-term plans for Zrenjanin and investments in Serbia.

As he outlined, Draxlmaier opted for its departments in Zrenjanin since there are highly qualified staff and for very positive business environment in Serbia and the town and announced the options of construction of the new department but as he said it is still early to speak about that.

Weber outlined that with set up of cable cutting production process and pre-installation fully integrated production system in Zrenjanin was set up which means all production steps starting from cable cutting to assembling, assembling module and final assembling can be done in one department.

Draxlmaier group has been operating in Zrenjanin since 2008 and is one of the biggest employers and exporters in the region. The company assembles electrical installations for producers of top cars.
