Field for extreme sports in Belgrade's Park of Friendship?

City Planning Institute of Belgrade and city architect Đorđe Bobić invited citizens of Belgrade to submit their suggestions for organization of Park of Peace and Friendship in Novi Beograd.

Several propositions to the address of the City Planning INstitute in Belgrade, and the most complete of all is the one that suggests construction of "park of miniatures". Such parks already exist in Switzerland, Netherlands and Italy.

- The idea of the author is that the space is created in the park with geographic shape of Serbia and it should have the miniatures of the most significant buildings, natural and geographic terms on it - rivers, mountains, monasteries, miniatures of cultural monuments... - City Planning Institute stated.

There was also a proposition for construction of golf court on the whole surface of the park. Also, the Nature Museum, which does not have an adequate space, is very interested in getting its own building on the foundations of once planned Museum of Revolution, next to the Palace of Federation. They believe that it would be very interesting to exhibit the skeleton of the mommoth found in Kikinda under a large glass bell in the Park of Friendship.
