Americans to build armory in Kosovo

Americans have begun talks with Pristina about construction of assembly plant for armored vehicles and other military equipment, Sputnik has reported.

U.S. companies have showed interest in building a factory for producing military and armored vehicles in Kosovo, which is why Pristina is hastily working on a law to make that possible.

Americans have already begun talks with Pristina about construction of assembly plant for armored vehicles and other military equipment and scheduled the first serious visit for this autumn, and people in Kosovo hope to create the legal framework by then to make the construction of such production facility possible, Sputnik reports.

Isa Mustafa's government has promised to amend the Foreign Investment Law in as short time as possible to allow foreigners to invest in Kosovo.

Most of the foreign investors willing to invest in Kosovo are companies from the USA.
