EPS sells shares in AIK banka for EUR 4.6 million

The state-owned power company Elektroprivreda Srbije (the Electric Power Company of Serbia - EPS) yesterday sold EUR 4.6 million worth of 316,927 common shares in AIK Banka.

Also, EPS sold 11.07% of priority shares in that same bank for about EUR 1.16 million. The total value of all aforementioned transactions exceeds EUR 5.76 million.

Prices of common and priority shares of AIK Banka of 1,740 and 954 dinars per share, respectively, have remained unchanged from the previous trading day.
