Deadline to sell Prva Petoletka extended until August 7

The Privatization Agency announced today that it had extended the deadline to sell a 70% stake in the joint-stock company Prva Petoletka-Delovi in Novi Pazar at a starting price of over EUR 2.1 million. As stated, takeover bids can be submitted by Friday, August 7, at 2 PM, and all those interested can buy the tender documentation by 3 PM on July 31st.

Bids will be opened at 1 PM on August 12th on the premises of the Privatization Agency.

Eligible bidders are all juristic and physical persons or consortiums active in the metal processing industry.

All those who want to partake in public bidding for the acquisition of Prva Petoletka-Delovi are to pay a deposit of EUR 214,000, whereas the tender documentation costs additional RSD 100,000.

The Privatization Agency reminds that takeover bids are also invited for the Regional Broadcasting Corporation Novi Pazar and Raska Holding Company.
